The talk discusses use cases for GIS, AEC, Fashion, Body Scanning (Feet, Torso, Hands, etc), Real Estate, Insurance Industry, Film & TV production. The advantages and drawbacks of each technology are compared in each use case. Lastly, the talk will cover integrating High-Precision scanning from devices like Leica, FARO, Trimble, Riegl info mobile phone workflows covering issues like data gaping and time progressive scanning.
