Highlights

It’s been another busy week in AR+VR! In addition to keeping you up-to-date on the top AR+VR news, funding activity, and launch announcements, here are the three stories you need to know: Apple's AR Glasses, Oculus Rift S, and SXSW 2019 AR experiences.

A report by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo suggests that Apple's first pair of AR glasses could be ready as early as the middle of next year.

Meanwhile, rumors that the much anticipated Oculus Rift S launch is imminent were fueled by reports that the Oculus Rift was sold out or no longer for sale on many websites.

Finally, SXSW 2019 is filled with AR experiences, including Facebook's use of AR to bring a mural to life and HBO and Snapchat partnering up to bring some magic to the Game of Thrones event experience.
