RA’pro is a non-profit member-based association founded in 2010 to promote the development and use of Augmented Reality by French speaking companies, institutions and individuals. The association organizes events and establishes corporate partnerships in order to increase awareness of the benefits of AR. RA’pro participates in a variety of conferences and events and offers informative presentations about Augmented Reality to companies and other organizations. It organizes workshops and BarCamps such as ARuseCamp and provides support to professional conferences. In addition, RA’pro operates Ago’RA, a platform for matching skilled professionals with those who need them for Augmented Reality projects. Companies and individuals can sign up for the service at no cost and find partners for collaboration on a range of technical projects.
