Thierry Jourquin is the CEO and Co-Founder of XRintelligence, a Belgium-based company founded in 2018 and specialized in immersive technologies for industry and innovation. With more than seven years at the helm, he has driven the company’s growth in digital twins, rapid XR prototyping, virtual commissioning, and AI-powered immersive solutions tailored to manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and other strategic sectors.

Beyond his entrepreneurial role, Thierry plays an active part in shaping Europe’s XR ecosystem. Since 2022, he has served as Chairman of Stereopsia Europe, a leading platform dedicated to immersive technologies and innovation, where he helps foster collaboration between industry, research, and policy.

In 2023, he expanded his leadership by becoming Partnership Coordinator for XR Wallonia HITT (Human Interaction Technology Transfer), supporting regional strategies for reindustrialization through XR, and Board Member of XR4Europe, where he contributes to strengthening Europe’s international positioning in extended reality.

Thierry combines strategic vision and hands-on expertise, building bridges between immersive technologies, artificial intelligence, and industrial applications. His work focuses on empowering organizations to adopt XR as a driver of innovation, efficiency, and competitiveness, while promoting Europe as a hub for human-centric, ethical immersive technologies.
