Wren is an engineer and technical leader specializing in computer vision, sensors, and hardware and software development. She founded a computer vision R&D team at Airbnb, where she leads the development of new products that meld classical and machine learning-based computer vision techniques with augmented reality.

Previously she built advanced sensors ranging from chemical to optical at both early stage startups and the Special Projects Group at Apple. She has a MS and BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and moonlights as a moderately competitive kiteboarder.
