Daniel is a lifelong educator, Project Lead for Exploring VR in Further Education, Remote Learning and Language, ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Lecturer, and Trainer at Coleg Llandrillo, Grwp Llandrillo-Menaia in North Wales, UK, and co-founder of Educators in VR, an open global, cross-platform network of learners, teachers, trainers, and researchers integrating virtual and spatial technologies into education. He won the 2019 INSPIRE Award for Best Tutor in Wales – Adult Community Learning. The Borderless Classroom Network project is a life-long dream brought to life with Educators in VR, uniting classrooms across borders, innovating the concept of pen pals for collaborative cultural and educational shared virtual experiences. The vision of the Borderless Classroom Network is to break down the physical barriers to learning and bring the world of immersive experience to the learning process.
