OPTION 1: Regardless of when you purchased your pass:
- If you cancel by midnight pacific standard time 30 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a refund of the amount paid*.
EU: 30 days prior to the 2022 event is Tuesday, September 20
USA: 30 days prior to the 2022 event was Monday May 2
- If you cancel from 12:01am pacific standard time 29 days through midnight pacific standard time 14 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a 50% refund*.
EU: 29 days prior to the 2022 event is Wednesday, September 21
USA: 29 days prior to the 2022 event was Tuesday, May 3.
- After 12:01am pacific standard time 13 days of the first event date, there are no refunds, ticket transfers to an eligible participant will be honored.
EU: 13 days prior to the 2022 event is Friday, October 7.
USA: 13 days prior to the 2022 event was Thursday, May 19.
*All refunds will be processed less a 4% service fee per ticket.OPTION 2:
You may opt to roll your pass over to a 2023 AWE event of your choice. To roll over your current pass, please contact our registration team at firstname.lastname@example.org.OPTION 3:
You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do by contacting our registration team at email@example.com.
How to cancel
If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Changing hotel reservations
If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact the hotel in order to cancel or change your reservation.
