Amber “Fae” Daley is a community, operations, and engagement specialist whose journey in XR began with Microsoft AltspaceVR, where she spent years helping shape welcoming social spaces and bringing people together through live events, onboarding, and community support. Her path later continued through platforms like Rec Room, Meta Horizon Worlds, and SideQuestVR, where she focused on helping online spaces feel active, safe, creative, and genuinely human.

Fae loves the kind of connection social VR can create when people from completely different places come together to build things, share experiences, laugh together, and form real friendships that somehow start inside a headset and carry far beyond it.
