Cancelling a pass

Things happen, we understand. You can get a refund* on your pass through April 22, 2020 

We understand that the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus- Read More Here) outbreak has affected people from around the world in different ways, which is why we’ve improved our refund policy. 

Additionally, regardless of when you purchased your pass:

  • If you cancel by April 22, 2020, you’ll get a refund of the amount paid* 

  • If you cancel from April 23, 2020 through May 13, 2020, you’ll get a 50% refund* 

  • After May 13, 2020 no refunds, ticket transfers will be honored. 
All refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

*All refunds will be processed less a 3% service fee per ticket.

Changing hotel reservations
If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact the hotel in order to cancel or change your reservation.
