Cancelling a pass

Things happen, we understand. You can get a refund* on your pass one month prior to an AWE in-person event  

Online Access Tickets are non-refundable

In-person Event Tickets:

We understand that the COVID-19 (novel coronavirus- Read More Here) outbreak has affected people from around the world in different ways, which is why we’ve improved our refund policy. 

Additionally, regardless of when you purchased your pass:

  • If you cancel by midnight pacific standard time 30 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a refund of the amount paid* 

  • If you cancel from 12:01am pacific standard time 29 days through midnight pacific standard time 14 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a 50% refund* 

  • After 12:01am pacitic standard time 13 days of the first event date, there are no refunds, ticket transfers to an eligible participant will be honored. 
All refunds will be made to your original form of payment.

*All refunds will be processed less a 3% service fee per ticket.

How to cancel
If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at tix@augmentedreality.org.

Changing hotel reservations
If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact the hotel in order to cancel or change your reservation.
