We know at this time, each and every member of our community is impacted in some way; for those unable to travel or predict their travel situation, we present AWE Online.
We also like to look on the bright side of things, recognizing that this is an opportunity for those who’ve never attended AWE before, perhaps for distance or monetary reasons, to become a part of the AWE community and get access to 200+ talks and cutting-edge AR/VR companies for an incredible price point.

Given our shared new reality, we’re committed to delivering an online event May 26-29. AWE Online’s goal is to help the industry keep moving forward in these unprecedented times.
AWE Online will take place over four days, from May 26 to May 29. The talks will be spread out over those four days. A day-by-day schedule for AWE Online will be released as soon as possible.
Yes, there is a price to register for AWE Online: Regular price $399 and Early Bird $199 (extended to April 14). This includes the education and engagement, and a one-year exclusive subscription to all the session videos following the event. Our partners also have discount codes so check them out!
Your existing ticket gives you complimentary access to AWE Online (a $399 value) AND your ticket remains valid for one future in-person AWE event. Since you’re already registered for the physical AWE, you’ll be automatically registered for AWE Online, as well. (You don’t need to do anything.) In order to provide the conference experience our community counts on, we chose a platform that’s reliable, easy to use, inclusive and accessible for all. Sessions will be live-streamed on this robust platform, and attendees will be able to interact with exhibitors, speakers and other attendees via tried and true social networking and video calls.
If you have a VR headset, there will be opportunities to use it during the online event. Exhibitors will be able to provide access to AR and VR collaboration tools and even host side events in social VR spaces.
What’s important is that you’ll have access to all the incredible talks that define AWE every year, be able to discover new AR/VR technologies and connect with speakers, exhibitors and attendees.
