Vaishali Neotia is the cofounder and CEO of Merxius, a company that focusses on Enterprise usecases of Extended Reality (XR).

Its’ flagship product RED, is a digital engineering platform for rapid authoring, consumption and collaboration of XR training content.

Merxius is a Boeing HorizonX investee, and in Facebook’s AR/VR Innovation Hub.

Vaishali has an engineering background and is an alumnus of Stanford GSB Ignite, Startup Leadership Program, UNCTAD Empretec and Goldman Sachs’ 10000 women. She is a mentor for initiatives involving women in tech. She was a board member of the GS10000 women entrepreneurs committee and co-chair for Women in Engineering at VLSID. She is also a speaker and panellist at relevant conferences. 

Merxius has received awards and recognition from Global Entrepreneurship Summit, IBM, UKTI Tech Rocketship, Aegis Graham Bell, Vogue, CNBC etc.
