Oscar Cartagena is a business developer, XR consultant, and serial entrepreneur with 25+ years bridging technology, creativity, and education. As Founder of the Chilean Association of Immersive Experiences (ACHEX A.G.), he has spent over a decade building ecosystems around immersive technologies across the Americas and Europe.

This is his first time at UnitedXR, although he previously served as Track Chair at AWE EU & USA and participated in Stereopsia Europe & Latam. He brings deep experience leading projects that successfully merge XR & AI for good. He sees this as a critical moment to foster the technological marriage between these technologies, one that demands practical leadership over industry hype.

Oscar directs multiple ventures, including Augmented Experiences, a boutique technocreative studio, and Multiversica, an EdTech platform focused on workplace reskilling using AI, XR and a proprietary harness methodology. He is a bilingual speaker, mentor, and strategic advisor to private organizations, foundations, and governments across Latin America.
