Jeff Shein is a seasoned technologist with a passion for leveraging cutting-edge technology to drive business growth. As StaffTechnology Analyst, he has responsibility for the successful assessment and planning of innovation initiatives that involve new and emerging technology (AR, VR, IoT), or the application of established technologies new to Regeneron.

He also serves as the main technologist point of contact for key stakeholders from conceptualization to the realization of benefits, promoting the intelligent adoption of technology across Regeneron’s manufacturing facility in Rensselaer NY. Jeff is at the forefront of the latest trends, driving industrial transformation. Through his work with XR at Regeneron, he has seen first-hand the transformative power of digital technologies in driving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and increasing productivity.

Prior to joining Regeneron in 2011, Jeff spent 15 years working in the NYC advertising industry where he managed the helpdesks for Momentum Worldwide, McCann, and Publicis Groupe.
