Cristina Imperial Carl has always been inspired by innovation. A Yale University graduate and Filipino native, Cristina pursued her obsession with all things food and wine at the Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) in New York City. Her own path provided Cristina with valuable insight into the immigrant’s journey, and it directly informs her passion for advancing equity in training, education and career development.
