OQmented is a deep tech startup from Germany that offers breakthrough laser beam scanning for consumer applications, achieving highest performance and compactness. Our MEMS mirror expertise, together with in-house developed electronics and software, enables AR glasses for everyday use. The steerable high frequency 2D MEMS mirrors enter new dimensions in wide field of view, high resolution projections and sensing with low energy consumption, strong contrast and high depth. Our MEMS production process is stable since 2007 and offers 2D mirrors starting at 0.5 mm diameter, including the patented Bubble MEMS® technology, a unique optical 3D shaped hemisphere with vacuum at wafer-level package, ready for volume production.
