CANCELLING/TRANSFERRING AN AWE ACADEMY TICKET

 

AWE Academy Workshop Tickets (live events) are non-refundable; however, there are two options as follows:

You may transfer your AWE Academy Workshop ticket to another participant by emailing [email protected] at least 5 days prior to the start of the Workshop.*

IMPORTANT: To make a ticket transfer your email must include the NEW participant info as follows

    • First Name 
    • Last Name
    • Company/Organization
    • Email address
    • Phone number

With this information, we can make the transfer and send a confirmation to the new participant.
 
- OR - You may keep your AWE Academy Workshop ticket as a “credit” for a future Academy Course. Credits are valid up to 12 months after the original workshop date. To keep your ticket as a credit for a future Academy Course, please email us. 
 
*Exception:  All AWE Academy On-Demand Workshops (such as WebAR On-Demand Workshop Course #90448) are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
