The 17th anniversary of AWE marked another record year for the Auggie Awards – AWE's long-standing XR industry awards. We received a very high number of nominations and outstanding quality of projects. We also introduced two new Categories this year: Best Reality Capture supported by Reality Capture Network and Most Ethical Product in cooperation with XR Guild.

Without further ado, the winners of the 17th annual Auggie Awards from AWE USA 2026 are:

Best Content Creation Tool: MetaNeural Immersive Simulation Platform

Best Developer Tool: MultiSet AI

Best Education & Training Solution: NICS Korea: Chemical Incident & Terror Response in XR

Best Enterprise Solution: FabStation

Best Game Or Toy: Thief VR: Legacy of Shadow

Best Headworn Device: Spectacles

Best Healthcare & Wellness Solution: ARVIS

Best Indie Creator(s): Year of the Cicadas

Best Interaction Product: Be There Without Being There: Humanoid Robot Immersive Telepresence

Best Location-Based Entertainment: Interstellar Arc

Best Reality Capture: Cintoo VR Experience

Best Societal Impact: Cooper’s Clean Air Quest: Making Invisible Pollution Visible

Best Use Of AI: XR Vibe Coding with XR Blocks and Gemini

Ethical XR Product of the Year: SecureMR

In addition to the above 18 categories, there was also the winner of AWE's Startup Competition.

This year's Startup to Watch Award goes to PROLO by CG Technologies and the Art Festival Winner is Reality Looks Back By Superposition XR Studio.

Finally, there will be even more winners chosen at the event for the 'Best in Show' categories. Winners of these categories will be announced during the Event Wrap-up on Thursday, June 18, at 3:45 PM on the Main Stage, so make sure you check back on this blog, where we'll update these winners once they've been announced.
