CALL FOR SIDE EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

We heard you loud and clear! The AWE community is eager to engage with and elevate the conference experience with great ideas like community gatherings, breakfasts, happy hours,  apps, activations, and other side events. Use this page to learn about ways you can contribute to AWE events and fill out the form below to share your ideas for activations, meetups, and more.

How it works:
You bring the great ideas and apps—we’ll help you promote it to the AWE community via the app and website. We’ll work with activation partners to ensure you have space, visibility, and marketing coverage for a great event. AWE will review all proposals for side events on a first-come, first-served basis.

Open, accessible activations and experiences that are aligned with AWE’s goals for in-person events will be selected, at AWE’s discretion, on the merit of their idea and the partner’s ability to deliver their proposed activation in the required timeframe. Except in rare cases, apps should cross-platform or web-based to be considered.

What you get:
As contributors to an AWE event, side events partners may receive: discounts to AWE, reserved times and spaces at AWE events, listings on events calendars, marketing support, and the chance to connect with and delight a community of thousands of XR pros and enthusiasts.

The deadline to share your Side events ideas for upcoming AWE events are below:

AWE USA 2026  -  Side Events Submissions are due by Friday 17 April 2026.
Applications for AWE USA 2026 will be responded to by Monday 27 April 2026.
