MetaNeural is an AI-powered immersive simulation platform for high-risk industries and critical infrastructure. It enables engineers, operators, and domain experts to create complex training scenarios and digital twins using natural language, without coding. The platform combines AI, real-time simulation, and large-scale 3D environments to model emergencies, operations, and decision-making processes. MetaNeural replaces slow, expensive custom simulation development with a scalable, SaaS-based solution, helping organizations train faster, safer, and more effectively in environments where real-world training is impossible or dangerous.

Our company’s name comes from Biel, a child with low vision (LV). The most disabling effects are those that hinder mobility, leading to falls, injuries, dependence, and social isolation. We create digital smart glasses that help people with LV improve their personal autonomy, using 3D vision and AI to detect obstacles, changes in the ground, etc., and then XR to display them in a way that users can perceive. It also includes other functions such as zoom and image enhancement. Our new version adopts a lighter design, simulating the traditional sunglasses-style to reduce the stigma around visual impairments.

Drivers of Tomorrow (DoT) transforms how commercial drivers are trained using immersive XR. Our platform combines web, VR, AR, and modular simulators to deliver realistic, scenario-based training for bus, fleet, and HGV operators;anytime, anywhere. We replace costly, inconsistent on-road training with scalable, safe, data-driven experiences that improve safety, increase pass rates, and reduce accidents. From pre-trip inspections to complex real-world scenarios, DoT accelerates skill development while lowering training costs. Trusted by transit agencies, our solutions are affordable, customizable, and designed to attract and retain the next generation of drivers.

Prolo Ring is the world's only all-in-one ring mouse controller for the next generation of computing. Our device combines cursor control, shortcuts, media commands, and 40+ intuitive gestures into a compact ring that works instantly over Bluetooth across PCs, tablets, smartphones and AI glasses. By turning the hand itself into a natural interface, Prolo Ring makes digital control faster, seamless, and more discreet—without requiring users to reach for a mouse, keyboard, or touchscreen.

Provision Surgical is an augmented reality surgical navigation company founded by Abdullah Bahour and Dr. Joyce Wang, combining engineering and clinical expertise to improve precision in orthopedic surgery. Its platform, the PAIR Guide, projects patient-specific 3D anatomy and surgical plans directly into the surgeon’s field of view, achieving ~99% accuracy in both distance and angular alignment. By reducing cognitive load and integrating seamlessly into existing workflows, Provision Surgical enables better implant alignment, fewer revisions, and improved outcomes, with a scalable SaaS model positioned for expansion across orthopedic procedures.

We are building a spatial AI platform that understands and reasons about live 3D environments inside engines like Unity and Unreal. Instead of generating assets or code, we convert scene structure, object relationships, and traversal logic into machine-reasonable representations. This enables developers to analyze layouts, detect issues, validate design intent, and eventually automate parts of the 3D workflow. Our goal is to become the foundational spatial intelligence layer for interactive systems across gaming, simulation, robotics, and digital twins.

CognifiSense is a neurotech company commercializing VRNT™ — a FDA 510(k)-cleared virtual reality neuropsychological therapy for chronic low back pain. VRNT delivers immersive, CBT-based treatment targeting central sensitization, the neurological driver of persistent pain. We're commercially launched in California workers' compensation, reimbursed under HCPCS code E1905, with 23 clinic partners, a 70% authorization approval rate, and clinical outcomes showing 35.9% pain reduction and 80% responder rate. Backed by an active NINR SBIR Phase II award, CognifiSense is building the leading non-opioid, non-invasive pain intervention for a $100B+ chronic pain market.

Tynt is a Boulder, CO-based deep tech company commercializing a dynamic light control film platform that can be applied to any transparent surface. Spun out of Stanford University with 23 patents, Tynt's technology enables electronically tinting glass for both smart eyewear and architectural windows, solving critical limitations of existing dimming technologies. With strategic partnerships with market leaders in both consumer electronics and roof windows, Department of Energy backing, and an 11-person team, Tynt operates on a license and royalty model. The company is raising a $12M Series A to launch its first wearables product for the AI wearables ecosystem by end of 2027.

Immergo Labs is a healthcare technology company developing an AI-powered XR telehealth platform for physical therapy and movement care. Our platform combines immersive VR environments with clinical-grade biomechanics analysis on consumer hardware, enabling care providers to conduct remote evaluations and deliver personalized exercise programs through full-body avatar interaction. Validated by a $1M NSF Phase II SBIR grant and partnerships with VA Houston and a Fortune 50 company, we're democratizing access to quality movement care for underserved populations including veterans and rural communities.

AVRwell is a healthcare technology company developing immersive XR (extended reality) applications to support physical and occupational therapy. Founded by experts in clinical care and VR development, AVRwell offers a growing catalog of engaging, evidence-based applications designed to improve upper and lower body recovery, gait training, and visual function. Its solutions combine neuroplasticity-driven principles with interactive experiences to enhance patient outcomes and adherence. With a platform-agnostic approach, AVRwell’s applications are accessible across multiple XR headsets, making it easy and cost-effective for clinics to adopt innovative rehabilitation tools.
