AWE celebrates progress and excitement in XR. Our Research Track brings cutting-edge work directly to the expo floor, creating a bridge between research and industry. This is a unique space where researchers, startups, and creators meet to share ideas and push the boundaries of Spatial AI.

What to Expect

• Expo Floor Presence: Your poster will be displayed for the full duration of the event (June 15–18).
• Daily Interaction: Join a dedicated poster hour each day to connect with attendees.
• Exclusive Networking: Accepted presenters are invited to a social event with senior researchers and industry leaders.
• Lightning Talks: Standout projects may be invited to give a short talk on the expo stage.

Submission Guidelines

We welcome published, under-review, or in-progress work from academic, industry, and independent researchers. This is a non-archival venue, so submitting here won't stop you from publishing elsewhere later.

• Interactive Focus: Demos are strongly encouraged and prioritized during selection.
• Originality: Work must be original or appropriately credited.
• Attendance: At least one author must attend in person to present.
