Cynthia Maller is Director of Customer Magnetics at Art.com and Hayneedle.com, two of Walmart's first digitally-native verticals. Additionally, as part of the Walmart eCommerce Home division, she helps lead next-gen imagery initiatives. She is the Creative Director of one of Walmart's largest photo studios, so she has her feet squarely planted in both traditional and 3D content creation. She is a tireless evangelist of the power of 3D content, building comprehension of how the inherent flexibility of CGI imagery can be leveraged to get surgically-precise at ecom conversion.
