Iliana Benitez is a leader in El Salvador Tech ecosystem, her experience translates into multiple tech-based solutions in games and simulation, advanced extended reality solutions, robotic learning games and blockchain. As a woman in tech, she’s become a permanent speaker in multiple topic for example, the Annual Innovation Week hosted by Asociación Salvadoreña de Industrias, is a recipient of the 2020 of the Women’s entrepreneurship Day organization as a leader in the industry, in 2021 her company received a recognition as Technological Entrepreneurship of the year.

She’s known as a pioneer in Virtual Reality in El Salvador, for her partnership with a Nursing institution to develop MEDIX Lab, a Virtual Reality solution to train healthcare professionals.
