Renee Albert
Director, Life@ Health and Well-being, GBA Meta

Renee joined Meta in 2013 and was responsible for strategic innovation, development, and execution of Meta’s benefit programs. Renee introduced what is known as Life@ during her tenure. Today, Renee is developing and advancing strategies for Enterprise Well-being and Psychological Health and Safety. 

Prior to Meta, Renee’s career included roles at McKesson, where Renee headed up the Global Healthcare Strategy and Design, and Symantec where she was the Sr. Director of Global Benefits.  

Renee has a passion for introducing innovative leading edge and competitive benefits while promoting corporate diversity and inclusion. Renee serves on various organizational and company boards, including the Business Group on Health, Employee Health Innovation Roundtable. Renee also served as Vice Chair, Past Secretary, Vice Chair, Chair and Past Chair on the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans Corporate Board and as Past President and Board Member of the Silicon Valley Employers Forum. 

Renee was recognized as Employee Benefit News 2018 Benefits Professional of the Year.  Additionally, Renee partnered with Michael Walsh, CEO of Cariloop, and Mark Victor Hand, author of Chicken Soup for your Soul Series, to publish a white paper titled “Why Corporate America should support employees who give their hearts and souls to those in need.”
