Matt, an innovator at the forefront of Spatial Computing and Metaverse technologies, serves as the XR & Metaverse Lead for R&D at Mondelēz International, a global powerhouse in the snack industry, spanning over 150 countries. With a mission to revolutionize how people snack, Matt spearheads the integration of XR and Metaverse applications across Mondelēz's 2,500 R&D professionals stationed across 12 cutting-edge innovation hubs worldwide.

Armed with a degree in Industrial Design and a master's in Product Design Innovation from Aston University, Matt brings a wealth of expertise from his extensive tenure in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain, spanning industrial design to packaging innovation. His seamless transition from the realm of design to the digital landscape showcases his commitment to creative problem-solving and leveraging design thinking to drive impactful solutions from conception to execution.

Beyond his professional endeavours, Matt champions diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives within Mondelēz, leading and participating in various DEI groups. His unwavering belief in fostering an inclusive workplace culture where individuals can authentically bring their whole selves drives his advocacy efforts.

Outside of work, Matt finds solace in nature, often accompanied by his loyal companion Hugo, a golden retriever, as they embark on adventures in the great outdoors.
