CANCELLING A PASS

Things happen, we understand. You can get a refund* on your pass one month prior to an AWE in-person event  

In-person Event Tickets:

We understand that the pandemic has affected people from around the world in different ways, which is why we’ve improved our refund policy. 

Please see the THREE options below:

OPTION 1: Regardless of when you purchased your pass:

  • If you cancel by midnight pacific standard time 30 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a refund of the amount paid*.
    USA:  30 days prior to the 2023 event is Monday May 1
    EU:    30 days prior to the 2023 event is Tuesday, September 26

  • If you cancel from 12:01am pacific standard time 29 days through midnight pacific standard time 14 days prior to the first event date, you’ll get a 50% refund*.
    USA:  29 days prior to the 2023 event is Tuesday, May 2
    EU:    29 days prior to the 2023 event is Wednesday, September 27

  • After 12:01am pacific standard time 13 days of the first event date, there are no refunds, ticket transfers to an eligible participant will be honored.
    USA:  13 days prior to the 2023 event is Thursday, May 18
    EU:    13 days prior to the 2023 event is Friday, October 13
*All refunds will be processed less a 4% service fee per ticket.

OPTION 2: You may opt to roll your pass over to an AWE event of your choice for the following year (2023 rolls to 2024, etc.)  To roll over your current pass, please contact our registration team at [email protected]

OPTION 3: You also have the option of transferring your pass, which you can do by contacting our registration team at [email protected].

 
How to cancel
If you need to cancel your pass, just get in touch with us by replying to your registration confirmation email or emailing us at [email protected]

Changing hotel reservations
If you cancel a pass, changes will not be automatically reflected on your hotel reservation, so it's your responsibility to contact the hotel in order to cancel or change your reservation.
