It’s ON! The AWE Team can’t wait to greet you in Santa Clara in a few short weeks. Below are some important “Know Before You Go” details designed to help you have the best experience imaginable.
Recently, we launched awe.live - a new always on marketplace for the XR community to learn, connect & grow your business - 365 days a year!
awe.live is the AWE USA 2021 conference app as well.
Between now and the time you take off for AWE, check it out, play around with the app, set up your profile, browse the agenda, strike up a chat with other participants and more!
TO KNOW: Proof of full vaccination is required to attend AWE in-person and masks are required at all AWE events. This will be verified either by your upload or in person. ID will be required for accurate verification.
Upon arrival to Santa Clara Convention Center, you will stop by one of our stations to receive your "proof of vaccination" wristband, prior to getting in the queue for badges. Your proof of vaccination wristband must be worn for the duration of AWE.
TO DO: Upload your Proof of Vaccination HERE (make sure it has your name, dates of vaccination and vaccine type) and have your ticket number prepared:
Check out AWE Health & Safety Guidelines
TO KNOW: Social distancing encouraged
TO DO: Think fist or elbow bumps instead of handshakes, stay 6 feet apart when possible, etc
TO KNOW: Best hotel rates (AWE group rates) are valid through October 25th
TO DO: Book a Hotel Room (if you haven’t yet)
Food for purchase is available throughout the venue and the adjacent Hyatt Regency Santa Clara Hotel. To keep AWE “low contact” only credit card payments will be accepted (no cash).
Complimentary Wifi is available throughout Santa Clara Convention Center. This free service is best used for checking email & web browsing. If you need more robust service (especially Exhibitors and Sponsors) please contact the internet service providers in your service kit from GES.
There are many charging outlets (wall plugs) in and around the Santa Clara Convention Center but it’s always best to start each day at AWE with fully charged devices.
Please be kind, courteous, and respectful to all those around you, including volunteers, service staff, vendors, and any one you may interact with during the show. It’s been a tough few years for us all so let’s celebrate this time as we are finally back together.
