Please note that you will need to make yourself available for at least one shift of the event days (May 31 - June 2).  
Onsite volunteers can anticipate a variety of activities, such as Registration, Brand Promotion and Management, Exhibitor Support, Speaker Support, and Guest Management.
In order to best serve our attendees and create an AWEsome experience for all, volunteers are assigned to positions that meet the critical event needs at the time of your shift (s).

We love our volunteers, and offer the following as a "thank you" for your help!
  • A 3-Day All Access conference pass outside of your shift(s).
  • A special Volunteer Networking Event, with a VIP guest, on Tuesday, May 30.
  • A dedicated Volunteer Slack Channel to network with fellow volunteers before the event and then to use a Group Chat during the event.
  • And as always, onsite volunteers receive a cool AWE USA 2023 T-shirt!
