Marco Delvai is an accomplished senior business leader with a true passion for innovation applied to storytelling and content distribution technologies.
His career spans over 17 years across 3 countries where he has held sr. commercial and partnerships roles for industry-leading organisations such as MotoGP, Red Bull Media House, UNIT9 and cutting-edge startups backed by large VC’s such as Base79, JauntXR and more recently Blippar.
In his resume, Marco has grown the business of a broad variety of operators that are part of the marketing and content creation ecosystem, giving him a unique perspective of the ever changing complexities and possibilities of crafting, distributing and monetising an Intellectual Property (IP) or a commercial message across legacy and emerging platforms.
Highly dynamic, pragmatic, team-oriented and with a strong mix of creative and business skills, Marco has shaped hundreds of partnerships with leading Fortune500 brands, global technology companies and telco operators, digital publishers, and world-class IP creators/distributors on both 2D and 3D (XR) media.
As vice president of business development for EMEA at Blippar, Marco played a crucial role in repositioning the Blippar brand after its administration process and relaunching the commercial revenue operation of its Studio and Saas propositions thanks to a number of high profile commercial deals with leading brands such as OnePlus, Kellogg, Nestle, Beiersdorf, Lavazza, GSK, Arsenal FC, Philip Morris to name a few.
He's now helping large media owners and commercial brands navigate the AR space by providing strategic guidance across several areas such as: technology, creative, business, operations. He's also helping small/medium AR production outfits sharpen their commercial tools, fine-tune their business propositions and hiring partnerships/client manager roles.
He has been a speaker or panelist at leading content events such as MipTV/MipCom and XR industry events organised by the Digital Catapult, the VR/AR association amongst others.
