Alicia Yaffe
Co-Founder
Living Album Experience

Alicia Yaffe has built a career on the belief that music is more than entertainment. At its best, it's a force that gathers communities, moves people to action, sparks imagination, and creates belonging that outlasts any single moment.

That conviction has shaped everything she's done: building fan communities for The Doors when their social following was 325,000 (and staying until it reached 17 million), serving as the fan community liaison for the Michael Jackson Estate for a decade, and producing landmark moments like the Johnny Ramone Tribute, Day of the Doors at the Morrison Hotel, and campaigns for The Notorious B.I.G. and Talking Heads that each earned Clio Awards.

Along the way she's worked across multiple sectors in the music industry including as a manager at Jampol Artist Management, as the SVP of Creative Marketing at Warner Music Group Global Catalog, and in community management and digital marketing at the Spellbound Group, an agency she founded and ran for over a decade. The thread running through all of it: the belief that the most powerful thing you can give a fan is a story they get to live in.

In 2026, Alicia co-founded Fascination Street Partners with her business and life partner Jesse Nicita. FSP translates music IP into immersive, physical worlds — turning albums, artists, and narratives into location-based experiences that can't be replicated on a screen or streamed at home. Its flagship product is the Living Album Experience, a ticketed, touring location-based experience that invites fans to walk through the universe of an album. FSP also helps rights holders and creative studios navigate intellectual property licensing for live experiences and the relationships that make those experiences possible.
