Margarita Johnson is a psychology major at the University of Florida with a minor in leadership. She currently serves as president of the Tau Sigma National Honor Society, Delta Chapter, having been inducted in Fall 2024 after transferring from Florida Polytechnic University. Graduating in 2026, Margarita aspires to become a museum curator and is passionate about preserving art and cultural heritage.

She previously served as a congressional intern for Congresswoman Laurel Lee, where she gained valuable experience with legislative processes and public service. Margarita plans to pursue an MA in History or Museum Studies to deepen her research skills and understanding of art history and preservation. She hopes to combine her academic background and leadership experience to advance the protection and accessibility of art, connecting communities through shared cultural understanding.
