Dr. Leon Pietschmann is an advisor for Extended Reality (XR) and spatial intelligence technologies with a focus on strategic implementation and R&D. Equipped with almost a decade of hands-on XR experience, e.g. at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), realworld one, Cambridge, and Harvard, he thrives at the intersection of cutting-edge tech and strategic implementation.

Previously, he headed the design, development, implementation, and scale-up of award-winning XR projects, e.g. for training 90.000 emergency service workers at Germany’s Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW). Apart from his involvement in over one hundred XR projects and scientific collaborations to date, he regularly serves as juror and keynote speaker for a variety of events such as UnitedXR, Hack Harvard, XRCC, and MIT Reality Hack.
