Isabela is the Product Owner of Aequilibrium's VR+AI Training Platform AKA the VR Training Academy, an immersive learning platform that develops both hard and soft skills through realistic simulations, measurable analytics, and actionable feedback for students and trainers, with content spanning across industries including, healthcare, academia and customer service.



With a lifelong passion for digital innovation and human-centered experiences that was inspired by watching her parents build a company in their kitchen, sharpened at UC Berkeley, and expanded on Microsoft’s Consumer AI team, she now works at the intersection of people and technology, advancing the future of learning in XR.
