Deepak Nair is a creator program and community leader with 10+ years building creator ecosystems from zero at the world's largest UGC platforms: Roblox, Epic Games, and Meta. As the founding Developer Relations hire at both Roblox and Epic Games / Fortnite, he established the original frameworks for creator sourcing, onboarding, and long-term ecosystem growth, helping scale Roblox's creator community from a few hundred early creators to millions, and growing Fortnite's UEFN ecosystem from a small founding group into one of the larger creator platforms in gaming. Most recently at Meta Horizon, he helped lead developer advocacy on Horizon World, while serving as Meta Horizon's UGC external voice at GDC, Gamescom, and Devcom.

Deepak was named the inaugural "Creator Advocate of the Year" at the 2026 Worldbuilder Summit, where he also serves as a strategic advisor and keynote speaker. He has executed enterprise IP integrations with Disney, Marvel, Warner Bros, the NBA, and Nike, and has spoken on creator programs and platform strategy at GDC, Gamescom, Devcom, and industry forums worldwide.

Beyond his platform work, Deepak is a maker himself. He co-founded indie studio Reverting Castles (Demon Crush, in development), produces the Pixel Pusher YouTube channel, and is currently building a multiplayer Roblox game. He mentors emerging developers and remains active in the indie scene as both a builder and an advocate.
