Nima Shams has more than 15 years of experience building and scaling augmented reality, wearables, and intelligent device platforms from early innovation through commercial deployment. He is currently Senior Director of Product Management at Qualcomm, where he leads initiatives at the intersection of XR, intelligent wearables, and AI‑first platforms.

Previously, Nima held executive roles at Osterhout Design Group (ODG), DigiLenscopy that! thanks, and RealWear, leading multidisciplinary teams to bring some of the earliest enterprise, industrial, and consumer smart glasses to market across hardware, optics, software, and ecosystem partnerships.
