Bill is a serial entrepreneur and seasoned executive with 40 years of experience in building and scaling innovative companies that solve real problems and create value. He has a proven track record of success in startups, with 4 IPOs, 6 M&As, and 2 board roles. He has helped create two startup studios including Blue Cross's Healthworx and Atomic Labs where HIMS ($6B) was founded.

He is proud to partner with Sam Fok, Scott Ried, and Alex Nekkar as Chief Business Officer to scale femtoAI as the next generation GPU for AI at 100x lower power: the SPU chip and developer platform; prior to that he was CEO/Co-Founder at OTR Pass, a platform that connects outdoor enthusiasts with discounted activities and experiences. In each role, he leverages his expertise in sales, marketing, technology, strategy, and operations to drive growth, innovation, and impact.
