As a researcher and innovator dedicated to advancing defense and military technologies, I bring over a decade of expertise in immersive training, simulation, and AI-based learning systems. My early career as a Commercial and Demonstration Pilot provided a unique perspective on aviation, safety, and human performance — which later inspired my academic path and PhD research focused on XR and military training.



Driven by this research background, I currently serve as Head of the XR Centre of Excellence at the MOD Defense Innovation Research Institute (VIKI), leading immersive technology and XR developments across national and EU-level programs such as the SAAB XR and the Future Soldier System (FSS) initiative. In parallel, I act as Chair of the European Defence Agency AH Working Group “MARS – Modern Army Readiness with Simulation”, fostering multinational collaboration in next-generation defense simulation and digital training ecosystems.



My ongoing work explores VR/MR military training, adaptive AI learning environments, and metaverse-based self-training avatars, bridging neuroscience, behavioral analytics, and human–machine interaction. With a strong background in IT, digital transformation, and business innovation, I aim to connect cutting-edge technology with real-world readiness.



Recognized with the Officer’s Cross of the Order of Merit of Hungary for my research contributions, I remain committed to building the next generation of digital defense ecosystems — where human capability, data, and AI converge for mission success.
