Jessica is a visionary leader at the forefront of immersive technology, with over eight years of experience driving digital transformation in workforce development. As a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, she has spent the last four years architecting the future of training for Amazon Logistics, fundamentally revolutionizing the learning journey for hundreds of thousands of delivery drivers employed by Amazon's independent Delivery Service Partners.

Under Jessica’s leadership, Amazon’s immersive learning ecosystem has scaled from an initial pilot to a global benchmark, deployed across 500+ locations and supporting the training of 400,000+ delivery drivers annually. 

Her work has redefined training readiness by replacing traditional methods with high-fidelity, adaptive environments that significantly enhance knowledge retention, safety, and operational efficiency. She is currently spearheading a strategic pivot to integrate LLM-powered AI into VR and other immersive technologies, creating a more interactive and personalized training experience. This initiative moves beyond standard training to create "living" learning paths: intelligent AI avatars for high tension customer de-escalation, 3D vehicle modules, and real-time personalized content that adapts to a driver's learning progress.  

A champion of the "Invent and Simplify" leadership principle, Jessica consistently sets new industry standards by leveraging emerging technologies to solve complex training challenges at an unprecedented scale. She holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and has proudly settled down in Nashville, the beautiful Music City, where she remains dedicated to exploring how the convergence of AI, VR, and AR can create more accessible, effective, and human centric learning experiences for frontline teams worldwide.
