Alex Yang is the Co-founder and CEO of Lixel Inc., a company developing next-generation spatial interface technologies that combine glasses-free 3D displays, spatial computing, and mid-air interaction to help people intuitively understand and interact with complex three-dimensional information.

With more than fifteen years of experience across engineering R&D, marketing, and sales in the semiconductor equipment industry, Alex has built a multidisciplinary perspective bridging technology, business strategy, and real-world applications. He has long focused on innovation in display, photonics, and human–machine interaction technologies, and is the co-inventor of 47 invention patents and 7 utility model patents.

Before founding Lixel, Alex established Cheray Co., Ltd., specializing in semiconductor packaging market development and sales. Inspired by the potential of 3D floating image technology, he began exploring how humans could more naturally understand and interact with spatial information beyond traditional 2D flat-screen interfaces. 

In 2018, he co-founded Lixel with the vision of transforming complex 3D information into intuitive, interactive experiences. Today, Alex leads Lixel’s expansion into healthcare, defense, and other high-stakes industries, with the long-term vision of building a spatial interface layer that enables more intuitive collaboration between humans and AI.
