Nicki is Head of Data Science at Cognitive3D, an XR analytics platform, where she studies how people move, look, and behave in immersive environments. With a PhD in Experimental and Applied Psychology, her research background is in eye–head coordination and visual attention: how people direct their gaze when the head is free to move, and what that reveals about cognition and intent. She completed postdoctoral work at the University of British Columbia's Brain, Attention, and Reality Lab, studying these dynamics in fully immersive environments. At Cognitive3D she leads custom analytics engagements, directs the team's research programme, and builds the connectors that make spatial behaviour data accessible to client teams, working across one of the largest collections of XR behavioural data in the industry. Her focus is enterprise-grade analytics: turning spatial behaviour data into decisions that hold up across large, complex deployments.
