Kathleen Cohen is an XR/AI Immersive Strategist with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of media, gaming, world building and themed entertainment. As the founder of The Collaboratorium, she leads a creative tech consultancy focused on XR/AI integration & innovation, research, and public engagement. Kathleen has held pivotal creative and executive roles at DreamWorks Interactive, IBM Centers for Innovation, Walt Disney Parks & Resorts and the National Constitution Center where she pioneered experiential storytelling at scale.

Currently, Kathleen serves on the Advisory Boards of Aura Engine, think geospatial digital twins utilizing GIS, AI and Unreal Engine, and “holoride” specializing in motion synchronized XR entertainment. She is also the Jury Chair for the Aurea Award, the international immersive storytelling conference and awards show hosted by Europa-Park in Germany. Kathleen is a leading voice in the evolution of digital twins and the future of guest experiences.
