Elizabeth Desrosiers brings a systems-minded, creative, and lifelong-learning perspective to XR and AI innovation for higher education. She is an adjunct faculty member at St. Louis Community College, where she teaches in the Horticulture Department, leads the VR Faculty Working Group, and serves on the college’s AI Governance Committee. In her first career, Elizabeth led global IT and process improvement projects for Fortune 100 organizations, drawing on practical expertise in project governance and risk management. A lifelong student as well as an educator, Elizabeth has shaped her second career around creative technology and teaching, supported by ongoing study in 3D visualization, instructional design, and immersive learning. Her XR and AI work focuses on building practical frameworks and processes that reduce risk while creating meaningful pedagogical value.
