As Director of STEM Innovation at Moreno Valley College and California Community Colleges AI Fellow — a Cornell and Northwestern grad who clearly didn't stop there — Donnell has spent over a decade blowing up the traditional classroom model and replacing it with something far more exciting. Named one of the Top 10 STEM Directors of 2024, he has raised over $12 million to tear down the barriers keeping vulnerable learners from accessing bleeding-edge technology — because the future belongs to everyone. Most recently, alongside award-winning changemaker Dr. Kim Carter-Tillman, he co-founded the Kinetic AI Hub in San Bernardino — the Inland Empire's first applied AI training center — bringing real, hands-on AI literacy to entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and communities across the region.
