Alicia Caputo is a repeat founder and CEO building at the frontier of spatial computing and AI. She currently leads Farclip, a spatial AI company creating the foundational intelligence layer that enables machines to understand and reason about live 3D environments inside tools like Unity and Unreal.

Previously, Alicia built and exited a national XR training company that scaled to double digit millions in ARR, deploying immersive simulation systems for enterprise and defense organizations operating in high consequence environments. Her work has focused on translating complex spatial technology into scalable, revenue-generating products.

At Farclip, Alicia is focused on solving one of the next major challenges in 3D development: giving AI true spatial awareness. By combining deep technical innovation with disciplined venture execution, she is building infrastructure designed to power the next generation of interactive systems across gaming, simulation, robotics, and digital twins.
