Claudiu Barsan-Pipu is the Co-Founder & CEO of MetaNeural Inc., an AI-powered XR SaaS platform that turns CAD, point-cloud, and 3D Gaussian Splatter data into immersive training simulations for high-risk industries like semiconductors, oil & gas, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing. With 10+ years in AR/VR and 30+ combined years of product development leadership with Co-Founder/CTO Stefan Casapu, Claudiu has led 50+ industrial XR projects and pilots with top organizations from the Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Manufacturing and Automotive industries. MetaNeural’s HazardousXR™ proprietary technology lets non-coders (subject-matter experts) author complex, physics-aware scenarios—solving the scale problem in XR training while keeping sensitive CAD/process data secure. 

Prior to MetaNeural, Claudiu led cross-disciplinary teams in real-time 3D, digital twins, and simulation for enterprise clients across the U.S. and EU. He holds a Master’s in Game Technologies (VR & Procedural World-Building) from BUAS (Breda University of Applied Sciences, NL) and is currently raising a pre-seed round to scale MetaNeural’s platform and partnerships across Europe and North America.
