Jaume Puig is an electronics engineer, MBA, and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the ICT sector. He has held senior executive roles in multinational companies, leading sales, marketing, and operations across international markets and large-scale technology deployments.

Before founding Biel Glasses, he led digital transformation initiatives in the public education system in Catalonia, where he pioneered the use of augmented reality technologies in educational environments. He is the co-founder and CEO of Biel Glasses, a company developing advanced smart glasses to improve mobility and autonomy for people with low vision through AI, robotics, and extended reality.

His work is deeply inspired by a personal mission: his son Biel was diagnosed with low vision as a child, facing daily challenges in mobility and independence. This experience led Jaume to apply his technological expertise to create solutions that can transform the lives of people with visual impairments.

Jaume now focuses on bringing assistive spatial computing technologies to the real world, bridging cutting-edge innovation with meaningful social impact.
