Joey Cheng is the founder of CG Technologies, the company behind Prolo Ring, a wearable ring mouse controller designed for the next generation of computing. Prolo Ring enables cursor control, scrolling, gestures, shortcuts, media control, and XR navigation through a compact Bluetooth HID device worn on the finger.

Joey has led the development and commercialization of innovative products across medical technology and consumer electronics, including compact radiology systems, veterinary 3D imaging, RF skincare devices, and wearable interaction hardware. With a Ph.D. in Electrical & Computer Engineering, he combines deep technical expertise, product strategy, capital planning, and global supply chain experience to bring advanced technologies from concept to market. His current focus is building more intuitive, accessible, and minimal-motion interfaces for everyday computing, mobile devices, and XR environments.
