Andrew Hawken is CEO and Co-Founder of Mesmerise, a company that enables immersive, enterprise-level events, meetings, and conferences hosted in virtual reality.

After a decade as a journalist for the BBC, Hawken joined Microsoft in 1996. In 2002, he became the editor-in-chief of MSN.com where he built their digital portal, later joining Sky News in the U.K as Digital Director. Today, he leads Mesmerise VR with 120 full-time team members putting together virtual conferences for clients.

Hawken is a graduate of University of Reading and currently resides in London, England.
