Lex Huth serves as Project Manager of the Partnership on Employment & Accessible Technology (PEAT), a U.S. Department of Labor Office of Disability Employment Policy initiative, where she drives strategy at the intersection of workplace technology and accessibility. With over 15 years of experience translating complex technical concepts for global audiences, Lex has established herself as a leading voice in accessible artificial intelligence (AI) and extended reality (XR), earning recognition including a 2022 Service to the Citizen Award and a 2025 Zero Project Award for PEAT's AI initiative. Drawing on her technical expertise and her experience as a person with disabilities, she bridges the gap between emerging technology developers and the disability community, ensuring that innovations in workplace technology are accessible from the start. Lex's work has been featured in IEEE-published research on XR accessibility and at South by Southwest and the Library of Congress National Library Service for the Blind and Print Disabled. She holds a Master of Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University alongside a PMP certification.
